Once you
understand our unique approach, you'll easily see why we've
established our superior sales record. Real estate commissions are typically split with half going
to the company who lists your property and half to the company
who brings your buyer. Understanding the commission split
is essential to realizing why our approach is so much more
effective.
While
by law, all real estate commissions are negotiable, you'll
find most other companies charge 6 to 7% on residential properties
and 10% or more on land or other special market properties.
Almost all keep half of the total commission for listing the
property, putting the other half out as the selling commission.

Note
in our approach, the selling commission -- the monetary incentive
for agents to bring buyers -- is the same as with competing
properties. However, rather than charge an equal amount to
list your property, we charge a flat fee of just $1499. ($299
payable initially with the balance of $1200 payable at closing.)
