He has been a repeat guest on many national TV and radio
talk shows, including CNN's "Money Talk",
the "Wall Street Journal Report" and Bill
Bresnan.
His notable designations, "Graduate Realtor Institute",
"Certified Residential Specialist", and "Certified
Residential Broker" are held by less than 1 percent
of the real estate community. Jim's real estate experience
includes having been the top producing agent among 600
sales associates in one of New Jersey's largest real
estate companies. As regional Vice President with another
firm, he oversaw 24 offices. He was then promoted to
Sr. Vice President of Corporate Marketing for the largest
independent real estate company in the country.
